Membership Terms & Guidelines
- Members must observe prayer times; entering or exiting the facility during prayer is not permitted. Prayer is held 10 minutes after the call to prayer.
- Members engage in sports activities at their own risk. We recommend a full medical check-up before starting any physical activities.
- Proper sports attire and suitable athletic shoes are always required.
- Members must adhere to general etiquette and avoid disturbing others in the facility.
- The use of prohibited performance-enhancing substances is strictly forbidden.
- Members must follow the trainer’s instructions during sessions to avoid injury.
- When using weights in the gym area, please return them to their designated places after use.
- The club is not responsible for any personal injuries or lost items.
- Membership fees are non-refundable, and memberships are non-transferable.
- All equipment must be used with care. Members are responsible for any damage caused by misuse.
- The management reserves the right to close the club or any part of it for regular maintenance, cleaning, or emergencies.
- The management has the right to revoke any membership due to misconduct or non-compliance with club rules, with no refund.
- Personal belongings, including clothing and shoes, must not be left in lockers after training.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the club. Outside food and beverages are not allowed.
- Unless otherwise agreed upon, the membership start date is automatically set to one day after payment.
- Members are not entitled to compensation for missed days or sessions not attended.
- The customer has the right to cancel the subscription and request a refund within 3 days from the payment date, provided that no training session has been attended and no club facilities have been used.
- Refunds will be issued using the same payment method within a maximum of 10 business days.
- No refunds will be granted after 3 days or if any club services have been used.
